  • Works great for boats with outboards
I use this on my 18ft fish and ski instead of a ski bar. Works great.

  • A Budget-Friendly Option with Room for Improvement
The Self Centering Tow Harness for Watersports is a basic yet functional option for those looking to engage in watersports with their inflatable boat. Its affordable price tag and simple design make it an appealing choice for casual users. However, its quality concerns raise questions about its long-term durability and suitability for more demanding applications. The harness's nylon construction suggests that it may not withstand the rigors of regular use. While it may suffice for occasional tubing excursions, it may not hold up to the stresses of wakeboarding or other high-impact activities. Additionally, the inclusion of a float ball and self-centering pulley indicates that the harness is primarily designed for recreational use rather than serious water sports enthusiasts. Despite these shortcomings, the Self Centering Tow Harness offers some valuable features. The thick nylon rope provides a secure attachment point for tubes and wakeboard ropes, and the float ball helps keep the rope out of the water. The clips for attaching the harness to the boat's transom are also well-made. Overall, the Self Centering Tow Harness is a decent choice for those seeking an economical option for occasional tubing activities. However, its quality concerns raise doubts about its suitability for more intensive water sports or long-term use. If you plan to engage in more demanding activities or expect frequent use, it may be worth investing in a higher-quality harness from a reputable brand. ... show more

  • Works great
Works great. Float keeps it from getting caught in prop!

  • Lets me tow a tube behind my inflatable boat!
I got this with the hopes that I can use my inflatable boat to tow a tube. I wasn't sure how to attach a rope to the transom with an outboard motor and I had seen some internet videos of people using a setup like this so I thought I'd try it. It works great! This tow rope is well made with high quality thick nylon rope and includes a float to keep the rope up out of the water, a self-centering pulley, clips to attach it to the transom , and a big plastic attachment point for tubes and wakeboard ropes. It's a simple design but works great for pulling around an outboard motor and keeping whatever you're pulling from getting wrapped up when turning. You don't get any hardware other than the build in metal clips, so if your boat doesn't have U-bolts or attachment points, you'll have to install some. Overall, I'm super happy with this tow rope. For only $36.99 (at the time of this review) I think it's a great deal to be able to pull a tube behind my inflatable boat. ... show more

  • Tow Harness
Works well. Seems to be holding up pretty well so far. Great price.

  • decent, gets the job done
This is a super basic tow harness. Looks like the material is nylon, doesn't feel like it will last beyond 1-2 seasons. This is worth it if you are willing to get something else down the road. I wouldn't expect this to be the permanent solution for wakeboarding. Pros: Cost, simple, a good solution for someone just getting into watersports Cons: Quality, not a long term product ... show more

  • Decent quality and works well for pulling our tube.
We've been using this to pull a tube behind our boat for the kids and it has worked well. I like how it centers the tube and keeps the lines away from the motor and its prop. The quality seems okay and we haven't had any issues with it but seems a bit cheaply made. Happy with it but do with the quality was a little better for how much it costs. ... show more

  • nice and thick rope
The tow rope is great. Nice and thick, easy to store on the boat and easy to set up if needed. Ran into an issue with needing to be towed and realized I needed a new one. this one fit everything I needed.
