Easy to stack, easy to clean. Fit nicely in dishwasher. Beautiful design. I use them to serve food at dinner and buffets. They fit tacos nicely and orange chicken looks delightful too. Really like these plates. They work well and look nice.

The retro designs are what make these so "festive" - I was nervous they might appear gaudy or cheap, but fully plated to bring out appetizers, or to serve up a meal, these really look nice! Pay special attn to the pics that show the food for a good "feel" for how you'll like these. These are very much "what you see is what you get" - sturdy, family friendly, great for college friends hanging out, or a ladies' brunch. And the price is very reasonable. Might make a very nice gift for your college student heading off to his or her first apartment. The "mismatched" designs are "on purpose" so it works! With just a bit of the "hippy" vibe to make them fun to use! I hope to pick up more of the other dishes offered with these designs - I think a full set would be a fun add to our kitchen! ... show more

The shape and design of these platters are pretty unique. I like the bold colors as well. The colors are what actually drew me to them. The platters are heavier than they appear. Unfortunately, the red platter slipped out of my hand while washing and chunks broke off in the sink. I don't know whether that red one was particularly fragile or all of them are. Obviously, I am not going to find out by dropping them all in the sink. Now, I handle them with even more care. I really like them and want to keep them as long as possible. ... show more
