Easy to assemble, easy to set up , and so simple to use it's like riding a bike :). A bit heavier than a standard bike which is to be expected considering the added weight of the battery and motor. I love the look of the bike and how clean everything is. Love the belt drive instead of having a noisy chain and derailer. This bike is super quiet. Seat is a bit firm but looks nice . I did replace with a big comfy seat . And I also replaced the basic pedals . Also had to true my front disk as it rubbed slightly . But that is to be expected and it was easy and simple to do on my own . Great bike , I would recommend to friends.     • Sturdy and well made.
We ordered two bikes, a man’s and ladies. Man’s bike battery was totally dead. Company replaced within 2 weeks n/c. Ladies bike has a ratchet noise in pedal gear. Need special tool to get in and lube, eventually. The bikes are good looking and a great price!

When the bike initially arrived, the box was damaged and there was some minor damage to the bike. Mostly slight cosmetic damage but the headlight was cracked as well. I reached out to the seller and they are accommodating me for the damages. The bike itself is AMAZING. The electric feature is super fun and its super helpful when you need a lil push. Stay away from this bike and seller! I wanted to like this bike. I mean it looks great and unfortunately that’s where it ends. Thought I wanted one gear to eliminate the derailer, but I was wrong. This bike seems to be stuck in first gear and you have very little peddling capability in first. Started to make the notorious clicking sound. Seller says repair the bike, sends me a YouTube video instructing me to dismantle rear wheel/hub, I told seller why don’t you fix these bikes before you ship them? Returned The seller said he never got it back. I had to prove over the next two weeks that he received it and finally Amazon refunded my money. FYI ... show more

Looks beautiful, I was really looking forward to getting this put together. I was very disappointed after opening the box, and seeing that there were several large dents and scratches on the bike frame. It was very easy to put together, I will say that had it not been for the scratches it would’ve been a very good looking bike. Second issue I had was the fact that none of the parts stayed together tight. After one or two short bike rides, the wheel shakes because the bolts came loose, the handlebars are crooked, because the bolts came loose, etc. Will have to travel with a tool kit. ... show more

Purchased both styles for myself and my wife. We love them. Some surface scratches from transport. Nothing to concerning. Easy to read LCD display. I like how you can use direct power from the manual throttle, or it will kick in as you petal. No issues with the batteries, but we are still on our first charge after one week.
