The idea and value of this gadget is an A+ Execution so far I'd give it a B+ (updating to A after several weeks of constant use) Setup: B- I have a number of tall trees in and around my yard, though I still have areas that SHOULD be open enough to get a strong GPS signal. Initial setup was very tricky for it to find a signal - the provided antenna cable was too short so I had to buy an extender. Definitely buy one if you have a shady yard and will need to install your antenna in a different location than your base station. Once I got a signal driving it around the edge of the yard and marking off no go zones was a little tedious but not hard. The biggest annoyance was if you have a no go zone too close to the edge of the boundary it throws up an error saying you cant have a no go zone outside of the boundary. However you can pretty easily adjust your boundaries after you set it up the first time. Quality: A+ No issues seen so far, the build quality feels really solid, and the tires it comes with have more grip than I was expecting, and my lawn is looking really nice so far. Lots of compliments and curious questions from neighbors too. Wild life in the yard is unbothered too which is great. Software: A Really nice app and customization/management options. My only gripe so far was that when it wouldn't mow the lawn on the schedule I put it on, it didn't say it wouldn't go because of the rain sensor (still a little wet on top even though it wasn't raining) so I wasted a little time troubleshooting there. Otherwise it's really great. They also provide support, tutorials, and feedback options right in the app which I really appreciate, and it's easy to make boundary adjustments, schedule changes, and other customizations. Nice mowing report functionality as well. Performance: A It's a little early for me to tell here, so I may update this later but so far it's been running smoothly and is very quiet. I can't emphasize how much I appreciate the peace and quiet over having a standard mower going all the time. Lawn looks really nice so far as well, I'm only docking points because with all the little trees and a playground in my yard it takes a pretty long time to figure out the edges before it gets mowing steadily. That said I'm hoping it improves as it learns the yard. To be fair it hasn't gotten stuck on me once yet. Overall, I really like this as an auto mower option, it's a really nice competitor to the bigger players using GPS and RTK instead of a wire boundary. The bigger brands cost at least 2-3x what I paid for this. I also really love to see the amount of support this product is getting with frequent updates from the manufacturer - they really seem to be listening to product owners and evolving this product for the better. A year ago I would not have bought this based on reviews and lack of information but I can tell these guys are dedicated to making a good experience here and always improving it and I'm happy to join on that ride. ... show more

Overall, I’m happy with the mower and it’s saving me time from lawn care - which was the ultimate goal. Every couple weeks, I’ll pull out my regular push mower to run the lawn perimeter and do some quick edging, but that’s basically it. The main area of my lawn is consistent and looks great. Its highest setting is a bit lower than I typically go, but not too bad. Initial set up was also a bit of a learning curve but that was mainly user error. Moving from multiple zones is also very fluid - just need to figure out a good solution for getting through my fence. It’s reliable, cuts well, and the app is easy enough to use. The media could not be loaded. The Segway Navimow works so much better than anticipated! It was extremely easy to set up and incredibly user-friendly. The controls are simple, and it maintains a great signal throughout the yard. One of the standout features is the vision fence, which ensures the mower avoids running over items or colliding with fences. We have a fairly bumpy yard in spots and some slight elevation changes. The mower has had no issues getting stuck or spinning out. There was one tree root that it struggled getting over, but I just mapped around it and problem solved. It is also super quiet. Overall, this mower exceeded expectations and is a fantastic option for maintaining the lawn. Highly recommend! I built my own little “garage” for it rather than spending the $250 for the brand version. ... show more

It does a great job mowing a very unusual space. It is easy to set up and program. It has good notifications. Problem 1 - it doesn't mow nearly the area advertised. My 0.18 acre space takes 4 charges to finish so it's about 1/4 of the area advertised per charge. Problem 2 - occasionally, the mower stops mowing nice straight lines and just goes crazy like it's drunk. Eventually, it sobers up and gets the job done. ... show more

I was skeptical about buying this product because of our complicated lawn structure but it has exceeded all my expectations, I’m astounded by how well it works and how easy it was to setup. It has saved me a lot of time and I am able to keep my lawn in pristine condition. Our lawn is also on a road and the accuracy with which it mows is amazing, I never have to worry about it going off course. I also love the AI vision which will move around all objects in the garden without any intervention. I only wish they had an option to be able to get to a particular point on a channel near a gate, stop and notify you because sometimes I forget to open and it bumps into before I get a notification on my phone when I need to go and open to let the mower through. ... show more

I wanted to believe this would work. Tried mowing a simple front yard and so far it keeps mowing the same 2% of my lawn over and over and used 40% battery up doing it. Restarted with different pattern and still doing 2% of the lawn over and over. Spent hours and it only takes me 30 minutes or less to mow. 3rd UPDATE, There is a learning curve. Started maps over, made it simpler, experimented between wifi and antenna. Navi has great help info on the app. I made a couple mistakes but I'm figuring it out. At this point I do recommend this. Once it gets me trained. A wire broke between the dock and the antenna. I'm working with customer service for a new one. Hopefully they come through with the $20 part. They requested I send them a picture of the correct part. I did, they sent the wrong part. They say a picture is worth a thousand words. Not in this case. 3rd UPDATE - 3rd wrong part sent even with pictures. I had to repair and reseed my grass from Navimows wheels tearing up the grass when it gets lost from low signal from station.
