Also nice looking blinds were very heavy. Cordless and heavy were not what I wanted. I was very pleasently surprised how easy ZEBRA blinds were to install and how very light they were. And the modern look. All for very reasonable price. I cannot say how durable they are since I just bought the first one, but for the price and easy install, I can deal with less durable product. The media could not be loaded. My husband and I are renting and need blinds for the back door which is glass. I took measurements and ordered this, crossing my fingers it would work for us. Since we are renting and it is pretty lightweight, we hung it up using command Velcro strips for easy removal and it’s held up for the past 5 months just fine! (We use that door multiple times a day). I wouldn’t say it blocks out light but it does filter the light to make it less bright, we weren’t interested in blocking it out so it works for us. YOU ARE NOT GOING TO GET 100% COVERAGE, BUT THEY COVER ENOUGH WHERE NO ONE CAN SEE WHAT'S IN THE ROOM (IF IT'S MESSY) AND YOU GET THE PRIVACY. THE MATERIAL IS SATINY WITH A MESH TYPE ALTERNATING STRIPES. WE BOUGHT THE TAPE OTHERS HERE RECOMMENDED SO WE WOULD NOT HAVE TO NAIL ANYTHING TO OUR DOORS. WE INSTALLED EACH IN LESS THAN 20 MINUTES COMBINED. GOT THEM IN WHITE WHICH SEEMS TO WORK BEST FOR BLENDING.
