So I ordered and was skeptical and of course the bread type button and timer button and cancel button did not work. I asked for a replacement and it worked perfectly but the other reviews are correct that it does not toast evenly but it still work.

Easy to use. The instructions are easy to follow. The buttons make it to choose the right item for the job. I love it cause it makes life so much easier. It is very fancy and nice looking. It fits great with a modern kitchen and price is good!

It started out great but as of yesterday (got this 2 months ago) and it's falling apart. I picked up the toaster to clean the underside. I didn't see my thumb was on the touch screen and when I went to pick it up the top part of the screen pushed in. It was still usable but I didn't have that much pressure on it that it should have buckled like it did. Also, at first it toasted breast great but 2 days ago I had it set to make the bread golden brown; it barely toasted the bread. So I put in two more slices and set the toast, for the one shade darker than the third setting, and the toast came out burnt. I tried tis same setting one more time and the toast came out burnt again (it should have just been one shade darker than the third setting of light golden brown). I'd sent it back if I could but my refund time just expired. So like I said it's in the garbage. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. This toaster is beautiful enough to remain out on the counter, but it just hasn't worked out for me. For the first day or two, the toaster has an awful burning smell when used, but it goes away quickly. It toasts sliced bread and bagels in literally no time, but it burns toaster strudels. To my dismay, my super picky eater won't eat anything but toaster strudels in the morning, and this toaster has burned every single one I've tried to cook. When you just use the defrost option, it's brown on the outside but still cold on the inside. If you toast it further after the defrost cycle, it burns badly. I really enjoy it otherwise, but this just doesn't work for my family. I would recommend this to anyone that doesn't care for toaster pastries lol! ... show more
