I have used the toaster for toast, frozen waffles, bagels and English muffins and found the results were excellent. Only issue was that I used highest setting for first toast but had to back off two getting the ride color. Old toaster was difficult to get setting right with dial with numbers to change the timing of toaster but this new toaster made it so very easy. Only drawback was no instructions though contacted the seller and quick to send me pdf of instructions. Their response was prompt and helpful. I like the crumb tray which is easy to remove and empty. Only wish it was in the front rather than back. My old toaster you had to turn upside down and then it stayed attached which was pain to clean. This is so much easier. If you get this before getting instructions perhaps a few items will help. They recommend that you run the toaster on high setting to burn off any dust. So just select bread and then darkest color. You use the bread button to switch between types of breads which will flash when at the right one. For color you touch the timer button to change and will display with flashing color indicator. If have doubt as to color then lower color and use the button to extend the time if needed until you know what works best for you. Once you are aware of these steps it is easy to use. Cancel, defrost, etc. obvious. When off only light indicating plugged in. And I think this toaster is very attractive on the counter too. This toaster caught my eye just by the appearance. Though I don't keep it on my counter daily, it is a very eye catching toaster and I love that! As other reviews mention, the whole screen is not touch, so read the directions or experiment and you'll be fine. The times I've used it so far, I have zero complaints based off the toaster settings and results. Also no, it does not "pop up" but just raise the lever and it will bring it past the surface. There is also a crumb catcher, it's on the backside. All in all, for the price, and how modern it is, I highly recommend. ... show more

This toaster is great! The features on the toaster work pretty well, the bread type cook time might be off slightly but not too much so just keep eye on that bread. The color of the toaster is very appealing. Definitely worth the money we love it !

I had been looking for a toaster that could toast a variety of breads and not break the bank. After reading some of the reviews I was concerned if I made the right choice. I’ve had it about a month or so and have NEVER had an issues. We use it several times a week. It’s toast a variety of breads and even warms them when needed. It’s very easy to switch bread types and toasting levels. I’ve never had anything not perfectly toasted as image implies, so the timer is spot on. I’ve even toasted over sized sourdough and it fits in the slots great. It’s easy to clean and look so nice on my counter. The price isn’t to bad compared to some others making this toaster a must have for us. It’s better then buying some of those from Walmart or Target that aren’t so pretty but cheap and cheaply made. ... show more

I was pleasantly surprised with its light weight make. I love the way I can simply select the different bread types and also digitally control how much toast I want the bread to be. Overall, I like the features and design of this unit. My only complaint is that it does not toast both sides of the bread evenly (one side is always lighter than the other). In addition, the touch setting take a bit of getting used to. It is very easy to use, yet there isn't a lot of user control once a selection has been made.
