UPDATE - Seedeem customer service contacted me regarding my problem and determined that there was something wrong with the toaster I had and they sent me a new one. This one is working great and I am very happy with both the toaster and the seller. It is a great company and I would purchase from them again. I have had this toaster for a while now and I am frustrated because it does not toast on both sides. Before purchasing this, I read countless reviews trying to find the best toaster for the price. I chose this one. It looks nice and I like the fact that you can set the time you want for the amount of doneness you want. I do not like that it doesn't toast bread the same on both sides. Trying to find a really good toaster under $100 is challenging. This toaster is pretty close. Controls are easy to understand and toast bread to perfection. My concerns are with how long this will last. It is made with lightweight aluminum and when you push down on both levers at the same time the toaster tips towards you. Strange!? I really like the countdown timer! No more wondering when it's going to pop :) The only observation is the lift is a little short - fingers have to get nearly on the hot surface. Overall it's a great toaster

I love the design, it matches our kitchen very well, and it has all the options I could want! The heating element is very hot, I like my toast when it gets right to the point where you start getting some black speckles. Not alot! But just a little dash. I definitely achieved my perfect toast with this, but I did have to turn it down. The first go around had a lot of dark spots, and the toast was more burned than bread. Turning it about 30 ish percent of the way is just about perfect for me! And it does phenomenal with bagels!! ... show more

UPDATE: SEEDEEM customer service reached out to me to resolve the issue. They were very understanding and offered a replacement/refund for the toaster. They took my feedback and forwarded it to their engineering department. I'm sad that half the toaster stopped working, but I am very happy that the company went out of its way to resolve the issue with me. OLDER REVIEW: This was a great 4-slice toaster... until it wasn't. One entire side has now stopped working. It no longer clicks into place or starts the digital screen, so the heating mechanism doesn't turn on. I really liked the countdown feature, and the color guide for the toast is easy for the kids to use. But now it's just a fancy 2-slice toaster, and I'm concerned about when that side will break, too. :/ I purchased this on July 12, 2023, so it's been just over 6 months. ... show more
