I've had very good luck with this system vs. other setups I've used with various lamps, heat mats, etc. Very little damping off using with coir. I would like to see this offered at a lower cost & would buy more. Also wish you could buy parts individually; for example, as plants mature/season warms you could graduate plants to trays without a heat element or lights as part of getting them ready for outside. ... show more

Poor quality in regards to the forming of the top and height extension. No seal at all!! I had to literally duct taped them together just so I could have a minimal amount of humidity control. My problem was that I didn’t start to use this item until after the 30 days for returns. Shoulda opened the damn box and looked at it!, cuz’ that’s all it took to see just how bad the form and fit is!!!!! ... show more

    • I love that the heater is in right in the unit.
I have used a different brand before, and the bottom was flimsy and made it hard to move around. This one is solid and easy to move to a different spot if needed.

I really want to say something good about this propagator. I found the dome flimsy and the dome wheels keep falling off the top as they don’t fit properly. My propagator unit wobbles on a flat surface. I’d certainly expect a little better quality for the price.
