This is our first dishwasher and I absolutely love it. The only thing I have noticed is some times the pod doesn't come out so it half gets used and half doesn't. But other than that I haven't had an issue at all. I'm still trying to figure out little ways to get dishes to fit better so I can put more in. I think the placement of the silverware container isn't the best as it's kind of big and in the front center so it gets in the way of putting more dishes in so I maybe do our silverware every other load since the thing comes out. The dishes always come out clean. I always shut it off and just leave the door partly open to dry because the heat dry part takes forever and the dishes are still wet when it shuts off so to save electricity we just shut it off. GREAT MACHINE! I'm thrilled with my purchase! I live in a rental without a dishwasher, so this is a well wanted and needed purchase!! Its bigger than I thought, which is good. It has several settings to wash and it dries dishes completely! I wish i has looked into getting 1 sooner than now! Nothing is left on my dishes after its finished. I shopped around with different retailers, none had the ratings that Amazon had, Biggest complaints were horrible shipping and broken machines. It why I decided this was my best option.     • *BUY SOMETHING ELSE* Has serious design flaws, IMO, and possible delivery problems in rural areas
I'm editing this review to downgrade it to one star. The dishwasher has been in use for less than a month, maybe a dozen washes in total, and it's sprung a leak from somewhere underneath the machine. It's showing an 'E4' error, which translates (believe it or not) as "there is a leak". I had already realised that when it flooded my kitchen floor. :( I called the manufacturer, and was met with what I can only term 'polite disinterest'. I was advised that they didn't do repairs in Maine, and my choices were either they would send me another unit, but I would have to cannibalise the parts from the faulty machine and then the disposal of the old machine was *my* problem, or else I could return it to Amazon. Not surprisingly, I chose the second course of action. I have nothing but praise for Amazon in how *they* have handled this, but folks, if you're looking to buy a dishwasher, don't buy this one! I've left my previous review below (it was two stars at that point). *PREVIOUS REVIEW* I think this dishwasher suffers from at least two serious design flaws, plus there's one other warning which no doubt applies to other dishwashers as well. The two design flaws first, firstly the way the hoses and electrical lead flap loose is an idiocy. As has been pointed out, your choice is either to let the water remaining in the hoses dribble all over the floor, or else you keep your floor dry at the expense of the hoses sticking out from the back of the machine. This people should take a lesson from GE, and no doubt other manufacturers. Let the hoses go back INSIDE the back panel, and this problem is removed, you just hold the plug and hoses so the end is uppermost. The second design flaw is the enormous excess of prongs for holding plates. There are FAR too many of them! Yes, you can fit enough plates in there for a large number of people, but they just better be sharing one dish/bowl between eight people! I find it difficult to fill the dishwasher to capacity, because I just don't USE that many plates compared to dishes and bowls. Once again, my old GE machine had a far more sensible layout. The final thing that I need to note is a REALLY IMPORTANT point for those of you who live out in the wilds, as I do. UPS and FedEx get up and down this road without a problem, but this dishwasher came via a 3rd party delivery firm, and they came in a large truck - too heavy to be permitted to come down the road! If it wasn't for the fact that there's a former diner, with a large car park, at the top of the road, and also that I have a friend with a pickup truck who was willing to drop everything and come out at ZERO notice, I would have had no option but to refuse delivery. As it was, we had to transfer the dishwasher into his truck and then do the rest of the delivery ourselves. Not the driver's fault, as he said his truck had a GPS beacon on it, and that it was a sacking offence if he ignored the posted weight limit. Works great! Simple nature, does the job. Rolls and moves easily. Locks and stays in place when needed. Cords wrap up and hook behind when not in use. Easy to connect to kitchen sink. So happy after 7 years w no dishwasher and limited space!

Works great! I use the one and a half hour cycle. Plugged into my sink easily after installing the new facet screw knob on that comes with it. Tons of space, just like any dishwasher. Been using it for roughly a year now and waited to leave a review to truly see if this was worth the money.

    • Super quiet. Washes well. UPDATE
I am leaving an update on this dishwasher. I bought it on May 1, 2021, it is now Nov. 21, 2021. The last couple of days it has made a horrible grinding sound from the motor location of the dishwasher. It is also very sporadic on whether or not the dishes get clean. I contacted the sales company per Amazon's information on product support and will wait for a reply (or not) from them. I am not pleased that there is not a chat where I can talk to them for troubleshooting. I am very pleased with this dishwasher! It is super quiet and gets the job done well. ... show more
