I purchased the Schluter system for our bathroom project on a recommendation from our tile installer. I opted for the wi-fi thermostat as everything has an app and we can monitor it. When the electrician hooked it up it was faulty. Power in but nothing out. I ran and picked up another one immediately to complete the project due to it being in a home show. Installed the second on with no issues. Now a couple weeks later I go to return the faulty thermostat and they won’t take it as policy is replacement. (Didn’t read fine print) I contact customer service and they want the electrician to troubleshoot the faulty thermostat and the would send me a new one to return in place of one I bought. I can understand the policy but it creates a lot more hassle to attempt to return a faulty product. ... show more
