Bought to help with dyslexia. I thought this read out loud as you scanned each word, but it scans a line at a time and then reads out loud. My 10 year old used for a week at school and decided it was to hard to use.

While we live in a world where we have apps that can take pictures of whole pages and translate them in seconds, does this still have a place. I say yes. There are situations where you can’t use your phone and something like this can make a student’s life so much easier. Especially if they are ESL students. I let my Korean friend use this and they said it is very accurate and helps them to focus on the language line by line instead of a “lazy translation” of the whole page. I never realized that it is so important to study a language line by line to learn the syntax and vocabulary properly. This pen aids in that. The screen is bright and vibrant and also very easy to navigate.
