I had a little difficulty installing the software. It didn't complete for some reason. It showed up as installed and printed a test page, but never worked again ... until I reinstalled, and then all went well. Perfect for small/home business use. Great support and tutorials available. Easy to use for someone who has never worked with sublimation before. I did need to purchase replacement inks quicker than anticipated, however I did go through more practice pages than necessary ๐Ÿ˜‚
