My family goes down to the local health food store where they have a sauna, you pay per session to use it. In a few sessions this sauna would be paid for and then we have it to use forever. It's great because setup is easy pretty straight forward. The fabric on the sauna is good but if we are going to take it down when not in use I wonder if it will hold up to the wear and tear of doing so. We are going to try to keep it somewhere that we don't have to constantly put it up and take it down, limiting the wear on the fabric and zippers. My family and I like the overall health benefits of having a sauna and we like that we can use one in our home that we don't have to travel. We will get lots of use out of it and it like having your own home spa! Doesn't take up too much room, temperatures are adjustable. All in all we are happy with the sauna. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I was really surprised at how well this sauna actually works, the steamer does a good job at filling the inside of the sauna up with steam and the steam stays inside the sauna really good too, it does have a side windows that zips open and close to help control the amount of steam you want inside the sauna, the steamer itself does take a good 10 mins or so to heat up and start pushing the steam into the sauna, the steamer also has several different steam levels you can choose from and it has a count down time so it will shut off on its own, it also came with a remote that can be used to control the steamer settings as well, the overall size of the sauna is just big enough for one person, there is plenty of room to stand up inside of it, but it is a little cramp when sitting inside of it, it came with a small folding camp chair, but it is pretty small for an adult to sit on it, it also came with a mat for the floor of the sauna. My biggest negative with the sauna is that the overall quality of the material and the frame is not that great, the metal poles for the frame are pretty thin and so is the material that makes up the body of the sauna, I actually had to send the first one I received back, because the material ripped on 2 of the corners when I was trying to stretch it over the frame, luckily the second did not rip, so I am not to certain how long this sauna will hold up over time, overall though I am pretty happy with the way this portable sauna works. ... show more

I am not anywhere near a fitness guru or health professional, but I do believe in steam to keep your skin looking amazing as well as staying hydrated inside and out. I know myself I don’t have time to go to the gym and sit in the sauna and steam room as well as exercise so this I got this and put it on my patio. I don’t think there’s enough room for me to say all the good things about this personal sauna/steam because it is packaged perfectly no excess waste, easy to read instructions. It can be assembled within 15 minutes and powered up and ready with steam in 30 minutes. The quality material that encapsulates the entire steam room is what makes it so good. It is nice and heavy thick quilted material that keeps it insulated really well. It has very easy to read instructions for controlling the amount of steam you would like and you just sit back and relax and unzip the door. No need to crawl in and out. You can walk in step out and just leave it open afterwards to dry. I like to spray the inside of mine down quickly with Lysol and let it dry other than that this product is , top of the line for me. To have your own steam at home couldn’t ask for a better price thank you for a great product. ... show more

It’s surprising that this little portable thing can get the job done. This is what I like about it: - It heats up quickly, in about 20 minutes - There is quite a bit of room in this. I’m only 5’2, so I feel like it’s too much space! - The heat stays in and it feels just like a sauna. It’s, of course, missing the great wood smell. Essential oils can be placed into the small plastic steamer though. - This is a great way to get a sauna without paying a fortune or having to leave home and be naked, or half naked, in front of others. - Assembly was pretty easy for me to do alone, and the instructions are decent enough. As nice as this is, there are a few negatives about it: - It stinks pretty badly at first and is worrisome that you are inhaling whatever that smell is coming from. - The steamer on the inside is very flimsy and lightweight, and yet has very hot water inside. Care needs to be taken so as to not accidentally bump this and end up with burns. - The chair is very small and uncomfortable. I will likely get a better one at some point. - The remote control doesn’t work when you are inside, so I don’t see what the point of the remote control is. Overall, this is an excellent item to have an in-home sauna, and I would recommend it to a friend. ... show more

    • Darn! I wish this didn't have such a strong smell
This sauna is a great idea, but who wants to sweat in a portable sauna that has such a strong off-gassing smell. I will leave it outside for a few days and see if it completely dissipates, but if it does't I won't feel comfortable breathing in that air. Bummer

So easy to set up took about 35-40 minutes , it’s made of good quality material ,it holds the heat in , takes about 20-30 minutes to get the sauna steamed up , it comes with a campers chair , it’s comfortable , small footprint so it won’t take up much space. It’s easy to clean, I just wipe everything down with vinegar and let it air out , I also put towels down to catch the sweat so I do t have to worry about missing that. Great value for the money , if you’re looking at this get it you’ll be glad you did ! ... show more

    • Great portable sauna setup
After beginning my 5K training, I needed a good relaxing sauna system on recovery days. This sauna setup has been crucial to give me the relaxation after hard training days. I’m a bit on the larger side so this feels a bit cramped for me that’s why I gave it 4 stars. If it was a bit bigger, I would’ve definitely given this sauna system 5 stars.
