I’ve ordered two of these kits so far. The first didn’t come with instructions and the second one did. Thanks to the reviews and photos of others, I was able to install the kit without issue and it was really easy and straightforward. The self tapping screws are fantastic and worked their way through composite fencing and an interior metal brace post just fine. The composite gate is 4’ wide, 6’ tall and super heavy. The wire and screws are holding really well and have lifted the gate to level it out. It now swings easily and freely and looks better. I only wish the kit included wire rope thimbles to add support at the points where the wire is fed through the metal rings and where all the tension is. There was enough tension after tightening that the black coating on the wire tore at these points and the thimbles would round out these points so the metal ring doesn’t cut through the coating. (Hope that makes sense) ... show more

    • wrong type turnbuckle

There is no way to turn the turnbuckle with a wrench. had to use a screwdriver but as it gets tight it getting harder and harder to get anything in there to turn it. I would not recommend this as a gate sag device.

It's just parts in a bag. Zero documentation on how to install, no vendor contact information. The quality of the parts looks pretty good for the price but the customer experience is not so good.
