I got this for my elderly disabled father, and it's so much better than the one he got at our local pharmacy a few years ago. This one is so secure and stable, mainly due to the legs, which his previous one did not have, and this was at a much better price. It is amazingly simple to assemble with no tools required. Everything connects with push button latches. The legs are height adjustable and the rail is length adjustable. It has a large support rail that goes under the mattress which will definitely keep it from sliding out. This also included a strap which goes fully around the boxspring, ensuring stability. The inclusion of a storage bag that snaps around the rail is fantastic. It is divided into two sections, which is something I find very thoughtful. It's large enough for his TV and bed remotes, and his phone in one pocket, and a urine bottle in the other. The rail easily folds down, making changing sheets less of a hassle. I don't need this to prevent falls, but it is perfect for keeping my split king mattress in place. It's adjustable, so I can set the length to my preference. The center cover is heavy duty canvas and sports nice mesh pockets for the remote or anything you want close at hand. Putting this together couldn't be easier. It works great with my bed, and I can't say enough about those precious pockets! Excellent design... The rail is very nice and collapses with ease when you need to lower the rail.
