This works both on macOS (Yosemite all the way up to Sonoma) and Windows (10, 11). I am able to easily transfer and work with (print, edit) files on this flash drive no matter which system I am using. I have also used this drive while plugged into my iPhone 15 and it works just fine. Using the Files app and browsing to the flash drive, I can see and open the files on it with no problem. The entire device itself is quite small and portable, so it fits in any pocket, pouch, or on any keychain without taking up a lot of space. While I have only been using it for a short while (three weeks), it has always been available and reliable, with no hiccups or complaints from either Windows or macOS about the drive not being visible/readable/ready. The only reason this is not a 5-star item is the physical design. I like that you can have either side/connector (USB-A or USB-C) out/open by spinning the flash drive, but that also means that whichever side is out is exposed. This device DOES NOT come with any kind of dust/protective cover for either connector. For that matter, the side that is not exposed isn't exceedingly well protected either, but it is better than nothing. I would like it if the device came with protective caps for the connectors or allowed you to control exposure of the connector ends. Shy of that one issue (lack of dust covers for connectors), this is a very good flash drive. ... show more

This device does heat up quite a bit, but I really did not care at all. You would only really notice it if you put it in your pocket, which I do, but I don't care too much about it. But I really love its versatility! As a college student, I need to print a lot of papers, so the convenience of taking out my phone, copy paste the file, and print is so much nicer than taking out the whole computer and logging in, etc, etc. Not even that, but if you have two people who have a type-c phone, and you need to swap files, say meeting notes, you can easily copy paste and no fuss over internet or the cloud or sharing access. (Given it was already downloaded on your phone.) 10/10, I would buy again if needed. ... show more

    • Get Fat32 and not ExFat!!!

I bought a silver Luxe version of this (256gb) and it came formatted as Fat32. Best USB stick I have ever used so I ordered 4 more - a gold Luxe (256), a lavender plastic one (256), blue plastic (256) and black plastic (512). Of these four, only the lavender one came formatted as Fat32, and the rest ExFat. The ExFat ones work far worse than the Fat32, regardless of whether you reformat them. MUCH slower to show up when plugged in, MUCH slower to transfer data on or off the device, and they get quite hot. I don’t see a way to tell which one you’re ordering which is quite frustrating. 6/5 stars for the Fat32 version, 3/5 stars for the ExFat version ... show more
