I was expecting, you know, a regular size external hard drive. But this one is about the size of two thumb drives side-by-side! It's so tiny and cute! On a serious note, it runs as expected. I was hoping to put decals on it as part of the gift but it was two small. I even measured with a Seagate drive we have. But I was slightly disappointed that it was so tiny. I was only able to fit two decals. One on each side. Honestly the size is probably better anyway. Takes up less space while in-use, and it makes it easier to store. It's an external hard drive, performs as advertised. To those people omplaining about how these hard drives are a scam and fortmatted size is not the advertised size, this is how it has been since the beginning. If you never bought a hard drive before, I can understand your confusion. They always advertise the unformatted size because depending on what OS you use, and how you decide to partition them, you can never exactly estimate the formatted size. You get sold the size of the wall, not the size of the book shelves. That aside, the only annoyance I have is that the drive seems to like to go to sleep and takes a few seconds to spin up. Great deal. I am using this external HDD as my Steam Game collection. Can use it in my two computers. Very convenient to disconnect it and connect it in my other computer to play the game without having to download the games library over again. The games run very good, I haven't have had any issues. Can't tell the difference of having my games run on this external HDD vs an internal or main SSD as I haven't tried installing my games in the main System SSD, but the games run smooth on this external HDD, and I have plenty of memory, 4TB, for an affordable price and from a well respected brand. ... show more
