Very well constructed and light. Casters are solid. The big case is huge (good for a weeks worth of clothing). The middle case is perfect for a long weekend. This luggage is so stylish and durable and the best part is all of the pieces nest together for easy storage. I was impressed with the quality and after 3 trips there is zero sign of wear. The sizes are perfect for our family of 5. We used all pieces for a week long trip.

Love the set can stack inside together for storage. We replaced our old school fabric samonite with these hard shells. It saved us at least 5-8 lbs of weight for each luggage. Went on a 2 weeks trip to England and Ireland with the set. The charter flight to Ireland was brutal for our luggages but they are still in good shape with no major scratch. Seems pretty durable. We will see how long these will last. But I will not recommend the smaller check-in size. It’s rediculously small. I can barely fit anything in there. You will be way better off buy from other manufacturers with an outside accessible compartment or a bigger storage capacity. ... show more

I bought this set on the strength of a previous set by Samsonite sold at Costco. I used the previous set to haul my tools and equipment for work. The small case weighted 65 lbs., and the large case weighted 69 lbs. The previous set lasted one year of airline travel, traveling 3 out of 4 weeks. This set is a cheap luggage set just like the off brands sold by Amazon. I know it will not last much more than two months. Maybe less. Save money and buy the less expensive sets. Thickness of the shell is too thin. Samsonite's attempt at being different is to reverse everything about the luggage and call it special. Zippers opposite all other brands. No zipper pockets. Where there is a zipper pocket, the pocket is smaller than industries standards. Many small things that are less, inadequate, or missing as compared to industry standards. ... show more
