At 10 W and 12 V this is one of the better battery charger/maintainers I have seen at this good price point. I have a 18 foot dump trailer that has a hydraulic cylinder powered by a 12 V battery. I know this will not recharge the battery between dumps but to do a good job maintaining my battery when it’s not hooked to the truck. Many times I just need to use the dump trailer for one or two dumps and if the battery is fully charged, I will have no time issues waiting for the battery to be charged by the truck. There are many ways to hook this solar panel up depending upon your use. Mine will be very simple, mounting the solar panel to the top of the battery box, and hardwiring the wires directly to the battery. I would order this product again. ... show more
