I had an issue with some components of the bed frame, the seller quickly replied and resolved my issues. That's a rare commodity in today's society. A+ to customer service for this company. It arrived earlier than expected and we all love it. Assembly takes two people and about an hour to an hour and a half. I love the charging ports and LED lights on the shelves. I have put together the bed which looks good and all but as I was building the drawers the wheels don’t have the correct number of holes as the drawer cage does . I’ll need 16 wheels with a single hole in the center of the wheel bracket sent to me please or a reimbursement. Thank you

Takes a long time to put together completely. Headrest parts are the most difficult mainly because it has to be lifted while screwing in. A power drill and hex bits would go along way in cutting down on assembly time frames. Overall it looks nice and the storage drawers are a good feature.
