I bought this back June 2022 . Worked great for the first 3 months. Images came out dark crisp clean at first. Now that I have been practicing tattoos more I'm using the stencil transfer paper that came with the machine and the machine is not transferring the image properly anymore. The images now come out super faded, blurred and a straight blue line comes onto the transfer straight down the middle of the stencil. I have bought new more expensive transfer paper to see if it would help and still nothing. The images come out super faded. And I have to waste transfer paper to get one good transfer. Who can direct me on where to send the machine to get fixed. I've only had it 5 months. Would it still be exchanged with seller. ... show more

Just starting to learn to tattoo and this is so straight forward and easy to use. Stencils come out perfect. I will say, I had an issues where it malfunctioned but reaching out to customer service was fast and they replied right away and helped me with my issue! Recommend it more just for that!

This is the second thermofax added to the tattoo shop to accommodate artist’s needs. Transfers come out as wanted upon each use and there have been no issues. Will update review if/when necessary.

    • Love this thing but does not print from a computer

I love this printer. It’s been a game changer for how I make stencils. One thing to note is it doesn’t connect to a computer at all. You have to print off your design and then feed it through the printer to have it copy it on the stencil paper. Still worth it and great to have!

This printer works reasonably well when using it for simple designs I use it daily. When I try to use it for more detailed designs it seems to leave extra material on the stencil making the more detailed areas blurry and hard to read

I’m a beginner and this printer is VERY easy to use. The manual was a little hard to read, so I had to watch a video on YouTube. Only downside is that it’s not Bluetooth.

I purchased this in March 2024. The first one came and turned on but the first time we went to use it it shut off and would never turn back on. They let me exchange it for a new one. The new one worked fine until today, May 28, 2024 and has shut off and will not turn back on. It is outside the exchange/return window so there is nothing I can do even though it’s only approx 2 months old. ... show more

I’ve been using a stencil machine similar to this one for the past three years and it recently broke on me. So I purchased this one as a replacement. I’m very happy with my purchase! I like that this is the 2023 updated version, so far it makes very clean stencils as long as you use good transfer paper I recommend the standard spirit transfer paper. The paper that comes with it is whatever but it’s nice to get free stuff. I like to lightly pull on the paper as it runs through, I’m not sure if that’s necessary but that’s how I do it.
