I was still using the previous model until I got this one. The quality has greatly improved! Installation is simple and they have great video support for installation. The manual is well-written and clearly explains everything. The picture quality is very good. I installed my rear camera above the inner side of the rear windshield. If you get rear-ended, your insurance company will love the video. This is an excellent bang for the buck. They even give you a USB digital card reader. I did wire the camera directly to the fuse box with a kit (bought separately). Wires are hidden, it looks excellent. Have tested this camera very thoroughly. I'm happy with it.
