Great replacement for 30 year old base that wore out. Per the manufacturer, the jig dimensions have changed from 30 years ago. Now the front bolt is 24 inches from the rear (previous jig was 22 inches). Manufacturer suggested I drill a hole in the base at 22 inches (the base is built to accommodate this). It's advertised as a replacement so was surprised when it came with reinforcing bars which would require chipping up and pouring concrete. I wish the manufacturer would have had suggestions for concrete anchor bolts. I used three half inch drilled in anchors which appears to have sufficed.
