it tastes alright for a while then it kinda just starts tasting like medicine. yes it does taste like bomb pop. the performance is good for a while then you start building tolerance. it does give you energy you’re no longer eepy yk. yes it makes you itchy on your face and body like pins and needles. i recommend consuming the whole tin even the packet in one sitting, trust bro trust it’s good for your heart because yummies. ... show more

I’m a long time mixer of my own preworkout using the basic caffiene + citrulline + beta alanine. This provides all those ingredients in clinical doses and I can’t tell the difference! I personally enjoy the flavor a lot, but someone who does not like sugar should not order this flavor as I definitely has a strong taste of fake sugar. Also mixed easy and has a slightly chalky consistency. I’d recommend this over the other brands I’ve tried around this price point (bucked up, reign, total war, bang) based on pump and energy. 4 stars as the flavor won’t be for everyone and can upset your stomach ... show more

This is my first Ryse pre workout and I am decently liking it. It has a pretty high caffeine content and it doesn't make me feel too bloated. The flavor is good of course being Ring pop I will say to be careful with this product putting into a shaker cup and leaving it closed for an extended period of time for some reason this pre workout builds up gas so it could blow the lid off. ... show more

This preworkout is so loaded with caffeine and the like that every scoop of this is basically equal two scoops of every other preworkout. As such the higher price tag on this one is more than excusable, especially if you're already double scooping other preworkouts. This preworkout gives me hella tingles (I don't mind), makes me feel pumped up, and honestly seems to make my pumps more noticeable. I feel like I consistently push just a bit further with this preworkout with lower time between sets stay locked in on working out. After two and a half years or consistent powerlifting it is easily my preworkout of choice. Watch the caffeine content though as it is easy to go too hard with this one. ... show more

Usually RYSE tastes great, this one is way more sour than the candy version, and doesn't have as much taste. The performance in the gym is still very good and would recommend it for a fun flavor.

    • Good energy boost but careful if you have a sensitive stomach
Flavor Name: Country Time Lemonade
It has a good feeling and affect once you take it but I tend to have more of a sensitive stomach to some things so it makes me feel a little nauseous but if you can push past that and focus on the workout it’s good. I feel more focused and can do more reps than normal when taking it. The Beta Alaine does make you feel itchy at first but once you start working out and moving it tends to go away. I can’t really say much for the pump since I don’t notice it as often. Overall good product just the one downside for my stomach but that’s more of my problem than the pre’s fault ... show more
