I just recently started drinking pre-workout in the mornings before my workouts. This flavor is amazing, just like kool-aid. The amount of energy that I get from it, is just what I need first thing in the morning. I usually drink it about 30 minutes prior to strength exercises. This is a great pre workout. I got the country time lemonade flavor, and it is the best tasting pre workout I’ve ever tried. It does take quite a bit of shaking to get it fully dissolved, but it does dissolve completely without leaving a bunch of powder in the bottom. Gives great energy for a good workout. It does give me some of the itchy sensation that a lot of pre workouts cause, but it’s not as bad as some others I’ve tried. While the flavor is awesome, it might be too sweet for some since it's definitely candy-flavored. Make sure not to introduce any moisture to the product because the powder can get hard fairly quickly, so keep that desiccant pack handy and take care not to use a damp scoop. It's pretty pricey, but then again all of these supplements are, but still on the hunt for something that doesn't break the bank. ... show more

So workout wise it works fine. It's everything else that's awful!! Its pretty clumpy in the container. There's little pop rocks in the ring pop 1 so after shaking in my shaker the pressure POPS it open. The flavor is ... fizzy?? But not in a good way its very strange. Ntm u would think w all the fizz there wouldn't be any of it left at the bottom of the cup but ALWAYS I get a big sip at the end of the powder/pieces. The worst part for me n the main reason I am writing this is cuz two days n a row it gave me such a cramp in my side! I don't know why it did it, all ik is 2 days in a row I drank it before a class and rite before warm up I'd start cramping the second day it happened sooner I actually had to tap out of my workout class cuz it was so uncomfortable.!! It was so bad I couldn't tell if if was a gas pain or my appendix!! I'm talking a good 5/6 hrs it felt like this!! I don't know how it would do that but ik it wasn't a coincidence that I felt the same pain after taking it. I still have half a container left that I won't be using now . Turned out to be a total waste of money and more importantly n my case REALLY SCARY !!! NO jitters or anything like that. ... show more
