The media could not be loaded. We were able to get the ideal level of covering for our windows by selecting the 26-inch wide by 24-inch long dimension. This size allowed us to maintain our visibility completely. The color black not only gives our interior a sleek and contemporary look, but it also efficiently filters out unwanted sunlight, so providing an atmosphere that is pleasant and shaded within the recreational vehicle. The pleated style of these shades, in my opinion, lends an air of refinement to the inside of our recreational vehicle. It is a discrete element that contributes to the overall visual appeal of the piece. Not only are the pleats aesthetically beautiful, but they also help to the efficient folding and unfolding of the shades, which enables swift changes to be made in response to the changing light conditions outside. The exact equilibrium is achieved by these hues, which are a delicate balance. We are able to take pleasure in the natural surroundings while yet retaining a feeling of privacy when it is required.     • I really wanted to like this

I got 2 different sizes that were pretty close to what I needed for shades and right out o the package they seemed to be pretty decent. I liked the material for the shade itself and in black so it blocks out most of the light as well as looking pretty good in my Van. While trying to install the 1st one the side plastic pieces kept coming out of the end which was a pain. They were not broken but the end caps come out too easy. Debating whether to glue them in pace. The other issue I had was the mounting bracket. Its not the easiest to clip on when ready to mount and may very well bend the bracket if forced too hard. The directions were not much and didn't really offer much but it was fairly straight forward so not a big deal. I didn't like the tie down method used as it requires drilling in another screw for the holder in order to tie it down, or hold the shade open. Its workable but overall I wasn't as impressed as I had hoped. The look good and will be fine for most people probably but I was hoping for a little better. They are not too expensive so I'll keep them until something similar comes along. They do work as designed. ... show more

This thing fits perfectly in my camper window and is easy to lift up and pull down looks good doing it too keeps the light out but not so much so that it's pitch black it honestly is perfect I would recommend this to anyone needing new blinds either in camper or in your home what are you waiting for get this ... show more

The metal brackets to mount the shade are a little awkward. The little plastic pieces on the sides keep falling out, and I'm not a fan of having to wrap the string to keep it raised up. In theory, this is great, it shades well and all, it's just a little bit of a hassle when installing and using.

These shades brought me an immediate wow effect. To begin they were a little thicker than the shades that we had before in place. And to be honest when I say thicker it's not just thicker it's stronger more durable less flex less give in the ways that they're not supposed to move. These are very stout, the crease lines for the folds were very defined, and retracted to those positions every time perfectly after the install is complete. During the installation, the retention strings that come off the bottom to guide them mounted right up to the original mounting holes. I did have to shorten them a tiny amount just for the deck window that they're going up against is not the full length of these blinds. If I didn't cut and re-tie these, they world have had slack at this point and just laid flat on the ground most likely. Instead, they run perfectly up and down the enclosed trim track that goes around these blinds. Overall, they work great they are quiet during operation they have great rigidness to the pleats, and they block plenty of light. These are a good find, and I would recommend them to others in need of new blinds for their R V 's or motorhomes. ... show more
