The price was good, only time will tell as to value. The Texas sun is unrelenting. The last awning bought from the competition completly deterioated only on the 1st foot attaching to the trailer. The rest looked great. I cannot see the difference in weight of material. The installation of the tube was easier and quicker not having to push the rib into the slot over the tarp. The valance hanging down is straight and not scalloped as the previous one was. That is not a problem to me. The tan fade is a lighter color on top and should reflect more light. Just got it installed yesterday will come back and review after a little bit of time but so far installation wasn’t bad at all. Never done one before watched one video and went at it. Took about an hour. The only thing you gotta be careful of is locking down the spring side of your roller before taking it off the arms. The unwinding part is easy. But as for the product.
