First the product is a nice heavy duty awaning seams are straight and tight .highly recommend.. 2nd Buyers beware if Amazon ships and ships to wrong address after telling them multiple times You have to go to police station a fill out report to the address they ship to pretty much stating that the stoled it . WHEN DID WE THE CUSTOMERVBECOME THE DAMM POLICE .. ALL SAID I LOST MY SHIPMENT AND STILL HAD TO PAY FOR IT .. THE ABOVE AWANING WAS REC. BY ME . this now makes 4 awnings I've replace in RV's in my life. this went on just fine and seems to be well made. remember, this job is impossible with one person, doable with two people and large ladders, but much easier with 3 people and two large a style ladders. watch the youtube video of your choice while you're doing the job pause when needed. it's not that hard but you do need to be handy and have a drill and rivot gun ... show more

I installed this on my keystone bullet camper. It came only in a plastic wrapper, not that I am complaining, the plastic was very good enough. I put this on in about 3-4 hours one afternoon, every video i watched said this could be done alone, i would not suggest trying that at least 2 people and 2 ladders otherwise it seems like to me that it would be just a hassle in my honest opinion. It has now been on my camper about a month and I am glad that we went with this one. seems super durable, the only complaint that I have with it at all is that the seam right against the camper, where the awning cover attaches to the camper itself drips when it is wet outside. That does not bother me I would and will buy another when time comes for a replacement cheap enough that it doesn't hurt your feelings to buy it. seriously glad that I got this ... show more
