See photo. It's a good toaster but the slots in it aren't quite deep enough. I think a bagel would need rotated. The photo was fresh out of the basket on a 2. I'm not certain I'll keep it, the untoasted side is crispy but not as much. The hook on the bottom for the cord to coil in isn't useful and the crumb tray is frustrating. It is right where you need to grab to pull it nearer but the tray just comes out. ... show more

Looks nice, right price… I have used this 3 times, used for toasting bagels, heating elements are on the outside of the toaster bay, so it helps to insert and position accordingly, frozen bagels it takes 2 toasting cycles… prob works better for toast vs. bagels, although it does have a setting for bagels solely. Will live with it, but a bit disappointed. ... show more
