This attachment is a must for edging, stairs, getting under stairwells, inside closets, up against angled walls, or doing things with upholstery. The sprayer is great, it is easy enough to clean, the clear end means it is easy to visualize if you are pulling water. The big handle allows you to press down and pull it easily and get good suction. I love the sleeve around the hose and wires to keep them all together. It won't get quite to the wall, but darn close. This cleans very well compared to most attachments I’ve used in the past. It is rather large so not very good for tight spaces. The suction is excellent and it throws a nice wide power stream of cleaner. Scrubs the carpet very well.

Hoping this one works as good as a rental one if not just pull the switch around so rug doctor has to deal with it so far though all there products are a+

It had been used. It was wet and the hose had black mold in it. I am very disappointed that it obviously was not new. It had to be returned.

This is a great tool - they have improved this so much since the last Rug Doctor machine I bought. Works really well although the head is now larger and is a little harder to use on the stairs but it cleans very very well!

    • Ok, but with flaw!
I purchased this wand in addition to the Rugdoctor Pro deep cleaner and for last 10 months it has been useful tool. It has one major flaw though! The spray nozzle on it is all plastic and so if you clean the nozzle from debris, that might possibly get in the hose from solution tank, with anything other then stream of water or air blowing through it, it will h=get damaged! So I called Rug-doctor customer supp. and asked if I can purchase replacement nozzle since it's just "twist and pull" removable. NOPE! "You have to buy whole new want" she said! Why didn't they include at least one spare nozzle since you don't even need tools to remove it? No answer! Ridiculous flaw that is easily avoidable! Yes, it has a warranty, but you have to go through hassle of calling the Rug-doctor, which I did, then they want you to email the copy of the receipt, serial numbers and pictures to show what you mean to get it approved for claim. Then to ship it on your dime and wait! That would be fine is it was anything else then nozzle that costs cents to make!!! I have a better chance buying small brass nozzle similar in size, and just force screw it in! I would recommend, looking at some other brands until they address this! ... show more
