Fairly easy to assemble, but still needed tape to really hold them together. The balloons are really hard to blow up without a pump. Takes a lot longer than you’d think to assemble. Cheaply made but did the job. Don’t touch after stacking them because they come open. If we taped them, it would probably help keep them more secure. Very cute, and worked for the price. Came with the balloons and put together in minutes
