If you have at least 3-4 brain cells you will be able to figure this out. My god people writing saying they don’t have all the letters, did you even TRY to blow them up ? “WhY iS tHeRe a J” you should be embarrassed. Yes it has all the letters. Some of the letters look funny because they are designed that way when you blow them up they fold and bend to make certain letters. Yes the balloons stayed inflated. You need to make sure you blow simultaneously while your press the seal closed. The white balloons with confetti inside have a rubber band on them so that the confetti does not fall out during shipping. I would recommend this product ... show more

SOOO Cute!! I was a bit nervous when ordering these but. I couldn't have been happier with the result. They were pretty easy to blow up (use the straw that comes with it) and they held their inflation really well! I am also so happy they came with little adhesive circles because I hung them on our wall and they looked adorable! Will definitely order again for another birthday in the future. First, when I opened the package it smelled SO BAD. Overwhelming smell of rotting fish. Then the first latex balloon popped as soon as I blew it up. Mind you this set up was supposed to be a surprise and my roommate who it was for was in the other room. After we finished blowing everything up we had to wait for a bit for my roommate to go to sleep so we can go downstairs and set everything up. After an hour of the balloons sitting in my bathroom, my entire bathroom/closet STUNK BAD. Another balloon popped and scared the life out of me in the meantime. So we finally get them downstairs and start setting up. 1 balloon pops again. My roommate comes out of her room scared. Lol. So we lie and say we dropped something, sorry. In the middle of the night another balloon pops and this time my roommate is up with her gun in hand ready to clear the house. LMAO. Ruined the surprise but made a good story. The balloons are very pretty but poor quality. I would not buy these again. ... show more
