    • Big Fun - Defective Fabric
We got this in the spring of 2020. My grandkids LOVE it. So much joy! It was pretty easy to assemble and install - just follow directions. My complaint is that the fabric was breaking down by the end of summer - a few months. And apparently, it's not an unusual complaint - look at the one and two star reviews... The company has a one-year warranty if you purchase it through their Amazon store though and I emailed Royal Oak. They were very nice but I didn't realize mine wasn't from *their* store and the warranty didn't cover it. It was past the return date but Amazon refunded me the price minus a $16 fee because of the defective fabric. I'm getting another one - through Royal Oak for sure - and if the problem happens again I will ask for a replacement of the swing fabric. It comes with a cover so be sure to use it *all* the time! It really is a great addition to the yard and the kids have SO MUCH FUN using it. I recommend it. Just watch the fabric! ... show more

    • Great Swing!!!! Best birthday gift that keeps on giving!
The is the best swing!! We have had this swing for over a year now, my daughter (5) received it for her birthday. She just told me the other day, “this is my favorite swing and my favorite thing to do- swing on this swing.” She likes to get underdogs from me, her brother (2) can fit on it with her, and she can twirl it in circles like she likes. We have it hooked up under our tree with a durable strap going to a single hook so they can turn it in all directions. Easier to sit on than a tire swing and they even lay down on it. I can even sit on it with them. So much fun and well worth the price! The flags are super cool but cheap and the kids tore them up pretty bad so I’d just put them on for special occasions or don’t plan on them lasting. Also, under a tree and it still has faded a bit. It is still green and looks great, but I think it used to be a brighter green. I don’t let the leaves sit on it and I take it down in the winter so no snow sits on it. I’m so glad the water goes right through it so no water sits in it at all. Always dry when the kids want to swing! ... show more
