I purchased the Rovsun in May 2021 and used it in my attic bedroom for the summer season and it worked great! In April 2022, I got it out to use again and it wouldn't cool at all, contacted the seller and was sent a replacement unit of a different name, but same style of unit. Used it for the 2022 summer season. and again, worked great! Just got it out 4/19/23 to use and guess what, it doesn't cool yet again.....obviously these are one season units....I've contacted the seller again in hopes that they will send me something, however I do not want this type of unit as it is apparently junk! The compressor doesn't kick on and the air coming out feels like a fan, doesn't cool at all! So frustrating!!!! ... show more

I love this little power house, it cools off my whole 3 bedroom apartment, with the help of a fan in each room. It small & fit right where it is needed the most. The noise level is not that bad, because the different levels like when you use the fan low, medium, high is much quieter than the a/c . I haven't drain it yet but I quite sure it will be easy. The remote control is another great feature. It can be turned on & off from a pretty far distance. So if you are looking for a small compact 4 in 1 a/c try this one you may like it. ... show more

I would never recommend this machine to anyone. I try to communicate how it doesn’t work to the company and they didn’t seem to understand or didn’t want to understand. They keep asking me the same question over and over and I keep answering the same question over and over. No air was coming out of the back vent. Air was coming out of the front but no air was leaving the back and I imagine it would cause a dangerous problem if there was no exhaust coming through the exhaust hose. Also THERE ARE NO HANDLES. There is no way to lift this machine unless you pick it up from the bottom , it’s extremely heavy and it’s almost impossible to move. It does have rollers so if all you want to do is roll it across a hard surface, you should be OK. But if you want to carry it up the stairs, good luck! I want to return it, but the company says there are no returns. Additionally, even if there is a way to return it, there’s no way for me to safely carry it or move it anywhere to send it back. I’m going to put it in the dumpster. So please be cautious before you order this machine. ... show more
