Cooling is ok,,But the heating is awful I started at 70 and worked my way up to 80 still didn’t warm the room up !!!!!! I still had to use an alternative heat method along with this!!!!! Very bad purchase

I've installed this unit on my inclosed porch. I've only had it for one day. So far this is what I've found. The cooling unit work fairly well. I can feel it getting cold when the compressor turns on. I have it in a 300 sf room so it should keep the room nice. The reason for only two stars is I paid extra for it to have a heating option. It does not work well for heat. I expected more. It's about as hot as a 75 watt light bulb with air blowing across it. I plan on reaching out to the manufacture for help. Update 4-23 While the unit doesn't heat as expected, it cools well. I've changed my review from a 2 to a 4. After further communication with the seller. I learned this unit is only rated for 4000 BTU's for heat. ... show more
