Will never purchase from this company again. Within two weeks of having this machine, we had multiple issues (see pictures) with water not running over the ice-making element fully, creating partial ice cubes. The most ice that this machine produced was 30lb in 24 hours (up to 110lb was how it was advertised), and the ice bin only held about 12lb, not 24lb. A little over 2 weeks after having the machine, it stopped working altogether. We sent it back, and the company has yet to begin to reimburse us for the machine (they have had it for almost two weeks per the tracking), and they made us pay to ship it back ($120). We purchased an ice machine from another company with similar specifications (100lb of ice within 24 hours, 33lb storage bin), for the same price, and set it up in the same spot in our home - we have had zero issues with this new machine! It produces very close to the 100lb in 24 hours, if not exactly that amount, and holds close to 33lb of ice. Euhomy is the brand to go with, not this company. ... show more

I have had the machine since june 3, and it has stopped working. I think the pump went out but how after only 2 monthes. Very mad ... Has this happened to anyone else

I was spendingn12 dollars a day to keep us innthe luxury of having ice on hand. That's over 120 per month. I spent 220 on my ice machine and I love this lil guy. To be noted about the unit, it does not have a storage freezing unit so, for me, when the bin is half full I scoop it out into a container and toss it in the freezer. After 10 min the ice freezes harder. I give it a cpl pokes with a butter knife and BAM, I have restaurant quality ice in hand at all times. It's very worth the price. Thanks guys. First of all, the machine is beautiful. Polished stainless (chrome) finish, illuminated door. However I had envisioned it being MUCH larger. It is tiny. Think of the size of a standard kitchen garbage can.. I was pleasantly surprised when I powered it on and it makes ice pretty well! Been filling bags of ice and putting them in the freezer (machine is not cold enough to keep ice - so it’s a major waist of energy if you just want to use it as an ice holder too). Door is cheap and not insulated, much tighter area that you think to dig the ice out of (not much moving room in there). Not easy to clean like others say. It’s too tight. It isn’t on casters, so you can’t roll it around. I modified that before I even turned it on. Right now it is running from a water jug, and it uses 5 gallons in one day. The ice maker stops at around 10-12 pounds of ice made (even tho it says it holds 20 pounds). The cubes were coming off in sheets, till I realized it wasn't level. That’s probably why it was shutting down making ice around 12 pounds - the sheets tripped the switch. Anyways, it works, but I wish I would have spent a little more money and got a larger model with a bigger bin. Just food for thought. Perfect size for an at home bar tho! ... show more

We were really looking forward to this ice maker, but it came faulty. When placing a 5 gallon jug, it started to suck in a weird suction from the jug, causing leakage. There was also a chemical smell in the ice. I requested a return, but was then charged $70 to ship it back and now 3 weeks later, still no refund. ... show more
