    • Cheap parts don’t fit without diy mods
Looks nice but I have two issues holding this back from 5stars. 1. the instruction manual is very vague and hard to follow. 2. The parts didn’t fit and I had to drill the holes deeper so I could get the screws to fit and bolt down. I also had to align the metal support bars in a specific pattern and pretty much bend them in place to fit. One of my bolts won’t even screw on so I have a lose and hanging support bar. Not stable and not happy and worried the whole table will collapse in the near future. 3. The table is too low and the chairs that are designed to match don’t fit under the table so they end up taking up a lot of space around the table. Which defeats the point of me buying the smaller table to save room since now the chairs have to stick out further. ... show more

The instructions are pretty worthless so yeah, it was a head scratcher at first. I had my BF hold two legs vertically angled the way they would stand once assembled. That allowed me to see how to angle the braces. Btw, the braces go on the inside of the table. The recessed bolt holes of the legs go on the outside. Just treat it like a puzzle and you'll get it. Took me about ~45 minutes but hopefully you can do it in about 20-30. I'm very happy with the resulting product. Sturdy and super cute. ... show more

    • Hardware nightmare

The table came missing hardware, and the hardware that did come was insufficient to actually assemble. The instructions were definitely confusing at first but I was able to figure out how it went together, definitely a 2 person job though. It would have been impossible to assemble on my own. We also had to run to the hardware store to get screws that were actually along enough to hold it together, as the ones that came in were not actually long enough to fully go through the legs. All that being said, as much as a nightmare as the assembly part was, now that it's a nice looking, sturdy little table that fits well in my small kitchen. I'm just not sure it was worth the money given the frustration, several hours of assembly time, and the fact that I had to purchase additional hardware to replace parts that should have come with it already. It's alright now that it's assembled, but if you're deciding whether or not to get it, just take into account the time you'll need and the additional hardware purchases you may have to make, and make sure you have someone with you to help. ... show more

    • Difficult to put together, but cute.
Extremely cute but super difficult to put together. The manufacturing of it is lazy and the parts don’t fit together correctly. Had to shave off some of the wood in order for it to fit and be secure. Also, I think it’s good to note that this is more of a two person job to put together. I put it together by myself so it’s not impossible, but it is difficult. In addition to it’s poor manufacturing, the packaging was not as secure as I would have hoped for a glass top table and everything was a mess when i opened it up. Can’t deny the beauty of it when it came to the end product but definitely have to put in the work. ... show more

Was a little hard to assemble the black x just would not screw in! I actually broke one of the tips trying to fit it in. But is fine . I think it was not made correctly . I bought it for my 6 yr old & 3yr old to do crafts. They love it and it is easy to clean. I bought the matching chairs at Biglots on sale for $31!! In the kids section. ... show more
