I lile this lamp. The installation process was very straightforward and easy. The only thing that I was a little bummed about was the size of the lamp head. It's a little smaller than what I was expecting. It does come with an LED light bulb which was nice and feels pretty durable and sturdy. It does have a foot button to turn it on and off and supports a dimming light bulb. The color of the lamp shade is exactly lile what's shown in the picture. I really like this lamp so far (just set it up half an hour ago). The base is sufficiently weighty, the design is nice, and the shade is fine for not being preassembled. Looking at pictures, I think a lot of people assembled their lampshades wrong: You're supposed to have the part with the spokes and circle aiming down (toward the inside of the shade), not up and above it. Otherwise, the frame of the shade will show over the top and look stupid. The first thing I did was throw the light bulb in the garbage and use one of my own. The one it comes with overheats, and has different levels of brightness that are annoying to cycle through (and all but one setting seems to be that daylight type bulb that is more for in a garage or outdoor security light)... It is easier to just use your own bulb. But, no big deal since LED light bulbs are dirt cheap, and lots of energy programs give them away. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. I got this lamp for a corner in my living room. I love that the colors are neutral. The shade is beige and fabric that can easily be wiped and cleaned and the base is black. It is very simple but just what I was looking for. I also like that it is adjustable in 3 angles and has different shades for the light color. I actually switched my bulb to a smart bulb that works with Alexa and it is perfect! The whole structure is just over 5 feet tall. It is also great that the switch rests on the floor and you can press it with your foot. ... show more

This is exactly what I was looking for! This lamp is stylish and works so well in my living room. The 3 light settings are a great feature. I saw someone comment the bulb housing shows above the shade. Mine did too until I reversed/flipped how I put the shade on the frame. As you can see in the photo, it’s perfect. The only tiny negative is I wish the foot switch was closer toward the plug. It’s closer to the base than the plug and it’s a bit short when used in a corner as I have. I can still get to it but if it were further down the cord, it’d be much easier. I’d purchase again. ... show more

Got these for my parents who were visiting that say my house is too dark. They both used these lamps and loved them. They have 3 light settings are and able to be positioned in desired directions. There's a soft light, white light, and high light setting. They were super easy to put together. The only downside it has that I can see is that it's got a floor switch, so if you have to put it around furniture you might have to fix the switch to a table for easier access. ... show more

I like the lamp. It fits well in the space that I intended it for. However, if it wasn’t for my husband being handy, I wouldn’t have been able to put this together. The poles come with the wires already going through the middle. One of the poles was put on backwards so I couldn’t screw them together. My husband had to cut the wires, flip the pole around, and reattach the wires using some electrical tape. This would have been a pain to return so I’m glad my hubby got it to work.
