I got this for my face to get a slight color but not be overwhelming with fake tanner or clog my skin to cause more breaking out and this effectively did this. I actually have very pale skin, I wear makeup to go anywhere and with this I kept getting so many compliments and didn't need makeup to feel confident going out. I like this very much for my face. I put it on twice a week it dries really fast then I put on moisturizer or sunscreen. It give me a nice little touch of tan you can do it more often for darker tan. I love it

I purchased this because I was trying to find a dupe for my beloved St. Tropez face mist. The price of it has gone up to an absurd amount in the past year + and I refuse to bend. This is "eh" but it's close. If you do a light once over pass, you will see a little color develop. If you do a couple extra sprays, say two passes, you are going to see a lot of color develop but that's when it gets a little splotchy as well. I always put this on freshly cleaned skin after an application of my Ordinary serum has had ample time to dry. I typically spray on at night before bed so the color has plenty of time to develop, no transfer on my pillow case if you let it dry well before laying down. If you're looking for a comparable dupe or just a decently priced face mist, this is worth the price. Just do a few trial runs and see how it works best for you. ... show more

I'll start by getting to the singular not great thing about this product: it isn't a huge "bang for your buck." HOWEVER, I've only been using it for 2 days, but I was so excited about it, that I just HAD to write a review to boost this item. So I'll update my review once the bottle is gone! Good stuff: 1) It's oh-so-light and the bottle' sprayer produces a perfect mist. Very important to stay 6" (15cm) away from skin or you will get uneven coverage. Also, don't press slowly. Press fast and hard to produce the perfect mist. 2) It dries almost immediately upon landing on the skin - refer to #1: you should barely feel it hitting your skin. If it "feels wet" or drips, you are spraying WAY too close to your skin. 3) You truly can move on to your regularly scheduled day without worrying about any kind of oily feeling, without fearing that you'll stain everything you touch, and without even really noticing it's there. A few tips: 1) DO put a light lotion on elbows, knees and other dry areas. 2) Do NOT rub it in. If you apply it properly, no rubbing necessary. Rubbing will only make it uneven and stain your hands! 3) DO BE PATIENT!! I learned this the wrong way. LOL. Pick a free day to experiment and get the hang of it. Color will develop after a few hours, but it *continues to develop* for a few more. Don't apply a second coat if you're not happy after the initial application. Give it at least 8 hours or overnight. Gradual is definitely the key word here. I love that I can spray and they it will lightly tone me. Spray again, adds just a bit more tone. It’s not orange, even as it fades. This is one of the most natural sprays I’ve used. Definitely recommend.

The color turns out amazing! About twice a week before bed, I will wash my face using an exfoliating glove and then spray about 3-4 times including my neck. I then let it air dry for a few minutes. When I wake up in the morning, it looks tan, NO orange at all and enhances my foundation and powder!
