  • Rocks!
This product rocks in most ways except 1. I sift through these bags prior to adding a little more perlite and have found gravel in every bag I've ever bought. Granted it's only a few stones I'll find but it is kind of frustrating. Other than that it's a really decent product I just wish the would sift product better before bagging. ... show more

  • Great buffered coco/perlite
I like this coco. It's heavy on the perlite, so it dries out extremely quickly, but that makes it ideal for larger pots. If you're new to coco, the way it works is you "feed" every time you water, you never give plain water. Once the roots fill out the pot, it's impossible to overwater. You will need to feed your plants daily, possibly multiple times per day depending on the size of your pot. If you only want to feed them once per day, go for at least a 5 gallon pot. 3 gallons will need 2 feedings, minimum, but they could benefit from more. Forget how you water in soil, coco is a totally different mentality-you will need a tds and ph pen and will check your nutrient solution and adjust the PH EVERY TIME you feed. The PPMS of this coco is on the high side when you first get it, so I recommend flushing it well with 200 ppm of nutrient solution. Maxigrow/bloom FTW! If you are new to indoor growing, look up the Maxibloom KISS thread and you will shock your friends and family with the quality of your...tomatoes. ... show more

  • Love Roots Organic
I have been using the soil less roots organic for years and have great success with it. Keep n mind this does NOT have nutrients so you would have to add at some point point in the life cycle of plants. But this can also be added to a soil to build your own soils as well.

  • Just as good as mother nature and fox farm for almost half the price.
Half the price as mother earth and has larger pieces of perlite
