I bought this for myself when weeding flower beds, planting new shrubs and picking apples and vegetables. Came in pretty handy and the seat adjusts to high/low and swivels as well. I've used it several times this year since purchased and even helped when I was washing my car doors, bumpers and tires without having to bend over as much. It helped to alleviate lower back pain for me and I could stand to do the rest. I could also sit on the cart when vacuuming out the car. If I had something heavy to carry, I could sit the bag/box on the tractor seat and slowly walk it to the house.
