So….you get what you pay for. It’s not horrible, but definitely a starter amp. The Bluetooth connectivity is nice to play backing track from the phone, but the sound is pretty crunchy.

This amp is so good, if you want that high gain but it makes your amp sound like crap then this is the amp you need. It makes such a good scream with the high gain. But not only that it has BLUETOOTH. So you can connect your phone and play your killer riffs with the song playing in the background. Truly amazing ... show more

Maybe the other models are better. Who knows. Why reviews from different models are mixed in is anyone's guess but as far as the g-amp 30 is concerned it's pure garbage. You cannot get a good tone out of this pile of crap no matter how good your processor or guitar is. Highs and Mids are muffled sounding and the Bass is loose and distorted sounding. And no, I don't have my processor gain or output signal strength too high. I've been playing for 30+ years and know how to set my levels properly. The head in this thing seems fine but the speaker connected to it is very clearly straight up trash. Throwing this junk in the garbage and going with a more "sure shot" brand next time. Never again will I toss my money Rockville's way. ... show more
