Overall this is a great little robot vacuum. I use it on the first-floor of my house (an area ~600 sqft) and it's fantastic at picking up cat hair and litter on hardwood floors and short-pile carpets. It struggles on my thick shag carpet but most vacuums do, and it's at least able to move over it without getting stuck. It is a bit of a "dumb" robot vacuum in that it doesn't send you any status reports or alerts. If it gets stuck it only beeps a few times before shutting off, so you will have to go looking for it. And it's best to empty it after every run because it doesn't notify you when its full. That being said I like that it's more of a simple machine because it makes it very easy to set up and use. It comes with a remote but I've found that it's easier to change settings and schedule cleanings through the app. On a day-to-day basis it does tend to get caught on cat toys and rarely finishes a full clean cycle, but it's very easy to remove anything that gets tangled in the brushes and wheels without having to cut them free. Because it gets stuck it may miss some spots on individual days, but over the course of a week it does get around to all the areas of my house to keep it clean. If you're better at picking up after your pets than I am, you probably won't have an issue with this. I don't use the mop feature so I can't speak about that, but on the whole I would recommend this to anyone looking for a powerful robot vacuum especially if you can pick it up on sale. ... show more

I have a very large house and I was surprised at how it gets around to every single part of the house I like how it doesn’t stay in one area. The media could not be loaded. My son got me this robot vacuum as a gift and it is Phenomenal. It does the job! We have named it “The Butler.” There is nothing more satisfying than relaxing while the butler meticulously vacuums and lightly mops (at the same time!!) all over my home while I do other things or relax. This is the gift of time added back to my life and peace of mind that my floors can always be clean. It picks up everything and really gets into all the edges with the spinning brushes. Emptying the lint/debris canister is easy and is also a joy to see everything it sucked up that is no longer on my floors. This thing is a beast too getting over door thresholds. When I want the bedrooms done I just leave those doors open. The Butler (robot vac) gets in there no problem. When I don’t, I just shut those doors. Sucks up pet hair, human hair, dust, debris, crumbs, dirt. Goes under over and around everything. Wipes up small dried spills. I’ve been using this every other day since Christmas. I love it!! Also it keeps my kitten and dog busy watching it go. So add pet sitter to its list of credentials lol. Charges easily. It’s been easy to use and useful from day 1. Value is amazing, for it's performance vs price it does a damn good job. But my Lord, it's AI seems to be drunker than a ant swimming in a barrel of fermenting grapes. It just gets stuck on everything, everywhere. Sometimes even when it is not near anything it gets stuck just to remind me to give it attention. I am getting my 1st exercise in years because when I run it I am up off the chair looking for where it is chirping and what it is aggravated about. Still 4 starts because it does the job quite well when it is not on one of it's union required work breaks and it is quite the value cost wise. ... show more

The media could not be loaded. Wow! I’m shocked at how good it works at mopping! The pad is not very thick and I had my reservations about it. But I’m pleased. I put the pad on the plastic clip and attached to the bottom of the machine. The water reservoir is small, but last a long time. I had the machine mopping while I did the rest of my house work. I let it run 2 hours and filled the reservoir twice and cleaned the pad off at about 5 times. So easy to clean the pad. Just unclip it from the bottom, clean it underneath the faucet, clip it right back on. Be sure to pre wet the pad before using. I added some floor cleaner with bleach to the water and it worked great. When you’re finished mopping, be sure to clean the water reservoir, vac cup and white filter. Let air dry. The remote is a nice bonus. Batteries included. You will need the remote to use all the different settings. So far, I’m very happy with my purchase. ... show more

I almost never write reviews for products. But I am surprisingly impressed by what a great unit this is. It is quiet, has great suction, and I love that it does a light mopping as well. Easy to empty bin and fill water tank. Charge seems to last a long time. Overall, a great buy!
