This is our first foray into a robot vacuum and we love it. It was way less than the expensive name brand and fit well into our budget. Works well and gets our carpet clean without getting stuck anywhere. Would highly recommend!!!

I’ve been using the Robot Vacuum and Mop Combo for a few days now, and I couldn’t be happier with its performance! First off, the suction power is incredible—it picks up everything from fine dust to pet hair effortlessly. My carpets and hard floors have never looked this clean. The mopping feature is a total game-changer. It leaves my floors sparkling, and the even water distribution ensures no streaks or puddles.     • DO NOT BUY.....
I was really looking forward to having a robot vacuum for a decent price so I purchased when I came across an article highly recommding the Xiebro T8S from Amazon and quickly regretted it.... I was not aware the the article is what i believe to be click bait... First off, I can not find anything about the Xiebro T8S on the internet... Minimal reviews, no operation or inustrction manuals, no literature explaining the functions and settings of the robot vacuum, and no price comparisons anywhere.... I charged my robot and set it out on it's first clean... I quickly realized that there was no home mapping technology involved, just a whole home run around feature. Then I realized that the suction of the vacuum was barely enough to pick up dirt and found the inlet port had built up dirt and fine dog hair, because it did not have the suction to pull into holding area, and after cleaning the clog still horrible suction. Dirt, hair, and small leaf and grass particles were not being picked up by the Xiebro T8S. The T8S also continuously was getting stuck under the front of my couch... Frustrated with how horrible it was performing, I attempted to send it home to the dock and the robot ran around for 30 min unable to find the docking station and I eventually had to pick it up and manually place it on the dock.... Needless to say I will be returning the Xiebro T8S to Amazon and now understand why Amazon had it marked down from $549.00 to $149.00... DO NOT waste your money on this product, go buy a Shark or Rumba... ... show more

    • Picks up literally nothing
I had extremely low expectations for this since the price was so low, and somehow it still did not meet my expectations. The mopping feature is terrible, but I only really bought it for the vacuum part so that wasn’t a big deal. The vacuum is always full of dirt and dust after a clean but it doesn’t pick up any of the visible crumbs or pieces on the floor or rugs. It has the most random pattern and rarely gets half the floor let alone all of it. There are no good settings for an organized clean.. It’s either going around the walls but never leaves the walls, or random where it just zig zags and gets stuck in the same place 5 times an hour. My house is pretty small, so like I said, it wouldn’t have taken much to impress me. I do like the convenience of having an app, but if the product is trash, then I guess the app is useless as well. I’ve also used it like 3 times, so its terrible quality isn’t due to a dirty filter or anything yet. ... show more

    • No mapping but great otherwise
This works beautifully except it gets stuck and lost and bumps into things every other second. If it could map out the area, that would probably fix the issue but it can’t. It also struggles to get back to the charging point.

    • A vacuum AND Mop all in one!!!
When i was originally looking for an affordable but good quality RobotVac, i never realized id find the mop ability as well. This is soooo great. It is the perfect do-it-all! and it suctions up soo well. I even love the settmg where i can select more or less suction depending on the surface.
