I have had my vacuum for a year now and I'm absolutely thrilled with my purchase! This little guy has been a game-changer for keeping my floors spotless. It's super intuitive and navigates around my home like a pro, dodging obstacles and tackling different surfaces with ease. It sometimes will have issues getting onto small carpets that are moveable but larger carpets are great and cleans them very well.     • Problem is, it doesn't suck
I have been trying to use this thing for a year. This is by far the most worthless thing I think I have owned. Luckily I got it really cheap by even the $100 I spent on it was far too much. 1. it has no roller brush 2. the app has 2 options of suction - gentle (AKA non-existent) and normal. But you can't actually select normal. So just non-existent. 3. It has a mop, but I have bought dollar store squirt gun pistols that have larger water reservoirs. My cats can pee bigger puddles. 4. If it hits sunlight it just bops back and forth in the sunbeam. Super useful. 5. The dirt tank on it is a little larger than a Hotwheels car. You can hold so much in this thing. 6. Cleaning modes are edge cleaning or bop around random like one of those old toys I had in the 80's. If you can get it to work and keep it on just hardwood or vinyl floors it can keep up on minor pet hair in that area. Little bits of scoopable litter your cat my drop on the floor? Sorry to heavy to pick up. Little bit of dirt? Sorry no can do. My parents got a shark robot vac with the large capacity station for $200 when it was on sale and it blows this pile of trash out of the water. The shark has an actual roller brush, has actual suction, lidar so it can learn your room and not just randomly bop around. It actually cleans the whole room.     • Good vacuum/mop for the price
This vacuum does a good job of cleaning up small messes, hair, and dust. You need to empty the bin often to get the best suction. The mopping mode works decently enough but I recommend putting a floor cleaner in the mop diluted with water for best results. Just water doesn't seem to do much. The mop doesn't necessarily replace your traditional mop, but it allows you to mop less often. The controls on manual mode are a bit confusing, but once you get the hang of it, it works well. There is no mapping feature so you have to use random mode which does the trick but won't necessarily cover the entire room. It does get stuck easily on higher pile carpet, but for the price I'm a satisfied customer. ... show more

    • Not the best but for $177 it was worth it
So I have 2 German shepards and the amount of dog hair that accumulates daily is absurd. Having 2 dogs and 3 kids and a full time job makes for a hectic life. I had been looking to get the robot vac and mop for sometime now and finally big the bullet because the price range was hard to refuse. So here’s the cons 1) vacuum doesn’t have a mapping option 2) vacuum doesn’t find its way home for recharging 3) vacuum doesn’t seem to shut off even in edge cleaning. That dang thing circled my floors over and over again 4) vacuum leaves hair balls everywhere (I’m hoping this is cut down when running nightly. 5) vacuum gets rerouted every time it gets stuck somewhere and constantly goes to the same places. (Once again hoping that stops as I put up blocks for it 6) vacuum will not go into normal suction setting no matter what you do. 7) you can not run this vacuum when you aren’t home because it will keep going to the same areas and doesn’t go back to station dock. (set 4 timers 2 to turn on and 2 to shut off. One in the morning while kids are at school for mopping and once at night when the kids go to bed for vacuuming.     • Worked ok, would have been better if all the parts were included and it hadn’t been used.
I received this vacuum with high hopes because of the positive reviews. However it was missing the remote control, it had no Manuel or instructions and it was already full of dirt and hair so obviously used. Pros: fairly quiet Picked up quite a bit of dirt/hair Cons: missing remote/manual It Did miss quite a bit of dirt and stuff. It kind of just randomly bounced around picking up some and leaving some. Had a hard time finding it’s way back to charger Got stuck under furniture very easily I think this would be a good vacuum for someone with a smaller apartment with less furniture than me. I have a pretty large living room, family room and kitchen and a lot of furniture and it seemed to just keep getting lost. To actually vacuum the whole house it would literally have taken 2 days. ... show more

    • Awesome Robot Value Vacuum!
We have 3 dogs, 3 adults, and 2 kiddos...This works better than expected. If I could dream of anything more it would be a "dump canister" so I wouldn't have to worry about cleaning right away, but it's our starter robot and it does exactly what it says! We have hardwood floors, tile, and carpeted rugs on our main floor...have had little to no issues with transitions (we have a rug that is slightly curled on the corner, so not the robot's fault). Keep your vacuum area picked up for best results, obviously. It reroutes quickly once it runs into anything. Gets the job done between deep cleanings! Highly recommend! ... show more
