I was able to schedule a routine easily and have tried the zone and room cleaning options for a quick clean. The floors look nice and clean. He is able to get in places that I would normally have to move the furniture. He doesn’t like our floor grates and goes around them although that’s not really a problem for us. He is slower than a human because he has to charge once before completing the routine, but since it would be me doing the work, I am happy he is here. I purchased the Roborock S8 Max Ultra with high expectations, but it has a significant flaw. The docking station leaks water overnight, which has caused mold on my wood floors. Despite checking all the tanks for leaks, the problem persists within the dock itself. Additionally, the mop function is not working properly. I always get error messages 56 saying the mop is jammed. On top of that, it’s not lifting the mop pad 20mm when cleaning the carpet, as it should. These issues severely impact its usability and overall satisfaction. I absolutely love this little robot! It’s a game changer. The mapping was so easy. I am also genuinely surprised by how well the mop cleans. I am always shocked how dirty the dirty water is when I empty it. Vacuum works great too. Great battery life. Loved sending this to clean room by room and it’s saved me so much time on vacuuming constantly. I have a 95 lb German Shepherd and this handles his hair.     • Smartest and Most Capable Robot on the Market

WOW. I am “floored” by the intelligence and capability of this little robot vacuum, which I’ve lovingly named “Ronda” (she/her). 1) Navigation - She sees my dogs and avoids them. They’re highly reactive sheep herding dogs and haven’t barked at her once. She “commands the room”. 2) Vacuuming - Pet hair was a fact of my life. It was always on my feet, in my socks, and all over the floors. Ronda has changed all that. Her sucking capacity is well beyond that of any competitor (8000 Pa). The Flexi-arm helps get into those hard-to-reach spots. 3) Mopping - After vacuuming, she will deep clean / scrub your floors with exceptional proficiency. This erases the little spills of the week. Show me another mop that vibrates 4000 times per minute. 4) Maintenance - There practically is none! She’s good for 6+ weeks and then you change her dust bin / water and she’s happy. The dock automatically cleans her, empties the waste bin, charges her, and does all the things that would otherwise be such a chore. 5) App - The app is so smart and shows you the map built of your home. It allows you to set custom cleaning routines (by room or area for different times of the day) and control her with a flick of the wrist! I cannot recommend this product highly enough, as it is far superior to the competitors, who haven’t innovated nearly as much. ... show more

The robot looks cool overall, I think the software should be improved, and the hair should be cut instead of wrapped around the roller. The mobile phone APP often prompts that the sewage outlet is blocked and needs to be cleaned manually. I opened the sewage outlet screen and found no foreign objects, but it kept prompting that it was blocked. I cleaned it at least three times, but I had to manually pump out the sewage every time. The robot cannot recognize the wires plugged into the socket when in use, and they will get mixed up and then cannot continue to work. This has happened 3 times. Each time it sucked in larger objects such as pens or data cables, and the recognition was not as accurate as described. I hope you can do better and better. ... show more
