SECOND EDIT: Roborock's email support was very helpful. They offered to replace the unit. When I was troubleshooting the robot and moving it around, it started docking successfully again. I don't know what happened. Maybe something fell into place inside the dock when I moved it? I didn't take them up on the offer to replace the unit and I am happy again with how it works. EDIT: I just changed the number of stars to one, because after 9 days the robot stopped charging. This renders the robot useless. Apparently this is a common problem for Roborock vacuums. Search for "roborock error 13" and you will find many others who have experienced this. Some people say it's a fried component in the charger. I contacted Roborock's support by email. Will update this review if they are willing and able to resolve it. ORIGINAL REVIEW: This machine vacuums and mops my floors with minimal intervention needed from me. It cleans well, it avoids obstacles adroitly, it doesn't get rugs wet, it navigates my house intelligently, and it almost never gets stuck. None of those things were true for my previous robots. In fact, I had to help my old iRobot machines so much that it might have been easier to just vacuum and mop myself. The software and the sensors are very good and the app shows me where this robot is on the map at all times. This vacuum/mop combo is one of four Roborock models that I own. My home is a three level dwelling and I have a unit on every floor. I also have an older s8 with no docking station. The Q revo pro is a feature rich unit at a competitive price, especially when on sale. It vacuums and mops very efficiently, is virtually maintenance free, and performs flawlessly. It's ease of use, Wi-Fi connectivity, and brand leading app design are second to none. I highly recommend the Q Revo Pro to anyone looking for a terrific unit that balances value, performance, and efficiency at an excellent price. Absolutely love this thing and totally worth the big-ticket purchase. Very intuitive and does a quality job for carpet and hard surfaces. Not sure how much more they can innovate past this current model without it getting too niche or gratuitous. It's quiet, the self-cleaning isn't just a gimmick, and I love how I can tell it to selectively clean specific rooms from the app. ***A quick note about the initial mapping process- make sure you don't have any floor mirrors in its path or it'll mistake what it sees in its reflection as a separate room that it can't enter, which was slightly confusing to debug but no issues after that problem was remediated. ... show more

Great at mapping and avoiding obstacles. I do love the "cruise" or security feature, being able to check on my pets while I'm away. It can also take photos of your pets when they get in the way while it's vacuuming, which is quite fun. Previously I had an older model of another brand, and this does work far better than that. There's still some pet hair on the floor, but very very little. Clearance under objects would be great *if* there wasn't the AI bit at the top. It does a wonderful job at avoiding obstacles (the only time it got stuck, it sucked up a thread in the carpet and dragged the whole thing down the hall until it stopped). Other than that it has properly identified and avoided all obstacles. As a vacuum, I'm pleased. Mopping is pretty good, but also the reason for the four stars. Like another reviewer said, the mop heads don't really clear the carpet, even when raised. They're pretty thick. It hasn't been too much of an issue though, because I'm careful to run the vacuum and then as a separate run, run the mop. It won't wet the mop heads if you pick the vacuum only function. However, this is frustrating to have to do every time. And when you use the voice assistant, it'll automatically select the vacuum & mop function every time (even when I say vacuum only). Which gets the mop heads wet. Which means my carpet will get wet. So I can't really use that. If I could change which one gets automatically chosen, that would help. As far as I can tell, when it actually does mop it cleans well, even when using the low water option. Overall, it looks sleek, cleans well. Is a little larger than I'd like for fitting under furniture, but I have my older model vacuum robot that I can send in those areas. For the amount of considerations I need to make when cleaning / automating, this should be 2/3 of the price. Get it on sale. From my research of other brands / combo robots, I'd still choose this one. I just wish it avoided wetting the carpets a little better. ... show more

The Qrevo Master is an amazing robot that makes our lives easier and convenient. The ability for custom settings through the app that allows you to select which section of your house to be cleaned in what order (vac or/and mop) is some very high quality technology. I been using it every day. It works great with pets and also can allow you to video chat you robot and monitor your pet when you are outside. The full automated design with the integrated docking station is essentially making you hands free of house chores. Saved lots of time. I would highly recommend this. ... show more
