I bought this to replace my N8+ robot because my living room just has too much stuff (cat toys, cords, etc.) which requires 20 minutes of pickup before using the robot. For the first time ever (and I have owned other wet/dry vacuums from a competitor..) I do not have to do anything including pre-vacuuming. As I am moving this mop I just move the cat debris out of the way with my foot. This roborock is very well designed you can tilt it flat to the floor and not worry about leakage and actually it uses so little water to clean that I was afraid it was not working but now after four separate house cleanings (approx 1000 sq ft parquet and vinyl and multiple cats) It has worked perfectly every time. The water efficiency is amazing. I can clean the entire house and the floor definitely gets wet. The built in headlight is good for seeing that but when done there is still half a tank of water and the dirty water tank is maybe 1/3 full. It is really efficient . The dirty water tank is very easy to clean and the self cleaning/drying function has worked perfectly. It takes me less time to use this on the whole house than it took me to just pre-clean for the robot.. TL;DR; So far very pleased with the functionality, usability and performance of this vacuum mop. Coming from the original Dyad I was concerned about the smaller water tanks. But I wanted something easier to handle. This seems to be more water efficient than my original Dyad. The Flexi Pro lasts longer in terms of water and battery than my Dyad ever did. I am refilling the clean water tank a lot less often. Which truly surprised me. It cleans my 1000 square foot LVP floor so well and in less time. We have 2 dogs that are inside/outside so they bring a lot of red dirt in and this has no problem cleaning it all up. The self propelled wheels are nice and there is a setting in the app on how strong you want the self propelled to be. Mild, moderate, or intense. The self cleaning works extremely well. There are many settings in the app for the self cleaning as well as during cleaning like water flow, suction power and roller speed. So far I am very pleased with the Flexi Pro. Granted I haven't had it long. I will come back and update my review after a few months. ... show more

I have purchased many wet vacuum mops on Amazon over the past 6 years, but this one had the best features and performance wise for a lot less than its competitors. I was a bit hesitant at first because the clean and dirty water tanks are smaller than most other wet vac mops out in the market now. But surprisingly, its water usage was very efficient! I managed to clean my entire house, around 1,800 square feet, without the need to dispose and refill! It was also able to efficiently pick up debris on my rugs and carpet as well. It's not the lightest of machines, but the self-propelling wheels feature makes pushing and pulling a lot easier. The self-cleaning mode cleans and dries the brush roller completely with hot air, so I don't have to take out the brush roller to air dry after the cleaning cycle. To find features like this in a wet vac mop, I will have to spend at least a couple hundred dollars more! So yes, I highly recommend this model! ... show more

I'm new to the wet/dry vacuum product, but living in Manhattan I get a lot of dust and dirt through outside traffic as well as pet hair and the usual debris. Just using plain water I ran it through its paces and was shocked when I emptied the dirty tank. It was practically mud that came out! What I wasn't so thrilled about is that it really didn't pick up anything larger than dust and dirt. When I ran it over some bird seed I put down as a test I had to roll back and forth over it several times, and it still didn't suck it up and dragged the seed around the area. I'm also having charging issues where it'll charge to 100, but then start to use up the charge and go down and the voice alert will randomly say, "Charging error." It's brand new, so cleaning the charging sensors isn't the problem nor is how it's sitting in the charger. I'll lift it out and put it back in and most times that's fix the issue, but only temporarily. Waiting on support response on this as it could be a defective device, but quite annoying when in the middle of the night I'll her this woman speaking in the living room. *Follow up: Customer service was not helpful at all and took way too long to respond. They never responded to my email, the phone call was useless, and only later did someone respond to my review, but none of these options were able to address the issue at all. I'm assuming defective charging docks across the board. I've since purchased a different brand and am already happy with the switch. ... show more

What a great product! This is my third roborock purchase. They really don't disappoint! I'm a 5'5 woman and it's easy enough to operate for me, not too bulky or heavy. Even cleans dog pee!

I have been using the roborock flexi pro and I recommend you get a bissell or Tineco over it. For this price you will MUCH happier with any The tanks are smaller The brushrolls are not as powerful The design of the unit means even though it goes flat, it is too tall to fit under most cabinets or sofas. Self clean and heat drying do not work well. It takes over 4 hours to dry the brushroll. As a vacuum it is terrible because it doesn't have any space to pick up debris. WORSE is Amazon does not accept any returns outside of the return window even if it's a day late AND warranty service for roborock is non responsive. I can't even reach anyone at roborock ... show more

I had highly expectation of this product since it has good reputation. However I’m very disappointed. First the water didn’t come out much until I put on max mode. Secondly, which irritates the most, is it didn’t vacuum away cat hair and cat litter. I have 3 cats so the mainly use for the vacuum is to get rid of hair and cat litters. I had to vacuum the same spot multiple times to get the hair and litter sucked in even with the max suction :( so sad. I’m returning this even I have threw away the box. ( I was hoping to keep it but it’s really disappointing). ... show more
