First of all, I like this electronic vacuum and mop made by Roborock. It is a $300 intelligent mopping device, so if you want to compare the price with a $30 traditional mop and sink, it is not the same level. After using this for almost one month, I want to give some positive and negative opinions: Job Efficiency: It does vacuuming and mopping at the same time. For example, when cleaning the area where my dog plays, it sucks in hairs and mops the floor in one shot. It works great on hardwood and tile floors. However, there is one little drawback: all debris and dirty water are stored in the same container until I manually dump them. If I don’t dump it within the same day, the water becomes stinky. Suction Power: I feel it is not as strong as some vacuum-only models. The main purpose of this unit is mopping and vacuuming at the same time, so I am satisfied with its efficiency. Battery Life: With a full battery, it runs for about 30 minutes in auto mode, which is enough for my daily usage. Plus, the charging time is very quick. Clean Water Tank: I like the design of the water intake by laying down the tank horizontally. This allows it to fit most hand sink setups. Docking Station and Self-Clean: The self-cleaning function is brilliant. After almost one month of usage, the cleaning roller is still relatively clean. The docking station can fit into small, tight corners. Self-Forwarding: When the unit is turned on, it has a very gentle forwarding motor to save my energy from pushing, but it doesn’t create any resistance when I am pulling in the opposite direction. Instead of pushing and pulling the unit, I just need to let it go forward by itself, then pull it backward. The unit does the work by itself. In conclusion, this Roborock vacuum and mop is a great buy for $300. It efficiently handles daily cleaning tasks and offers convenient features that justify its price. ... show more

    • Bad mop, questionable vac. I got this for free and it may not even be worth that.
I received this for free from purchasing another RoboRock product and can not recommend it. Even if it were $100 I'm not sure I could recommend it. The good: - It looks nice. - It's wireless. - The charging dock is easy to use and small. - It can mop and vacuum. The bad: - The worst part: The mop only mops part of the width of the vacuum head, not even the entire width. This is very strange and makes using it more of a hassle. It takes some time after starting to go from a thin strip to a wider strip, but is still not as wide as the vacuum head. - The mop residue with their cleaning liquid is very sticky. My floors are left stickier after cleaning, even after it dries. - Did I mention their expensive cleaning liquid is not included in your purchase? - On messy areas you need multiple passes with the mop to attempt to clean it up. The mop will push some of the mess around so you need to mop repeatedly in a wider area than your mess. - The mop is a simple roller pad that seems unlikely to be able to clean deeply when needed. - The vacuum is quiet enough that I expect it to not clean carpets deeply, and I wouldn't be surprised if it's weak enough you need multiple passes on big messes. - The vacuum can lay flat to supposedly get under furniture, but it's too bulky to get under many pieces of furniture when you would consider flattening the vacuum. - To get any decent mopping and probably vacuuming power out of it, you need to have the device always on max mode, the other two modes will just require you to pass over the area more. - This device is overpriced. It's strange that there's an even more expensive pro version that has slightly increased "everything". Why two very similar versions and why such a huge price difference; is this version insufficient? ... show more
