The package arrived within the allotted timeframe. The packaging was solid--no damage noted. The lamp was easy to assemble. From past comments, I examined the shade closely but found no problems. The lamp is more beautiful than I imagined. The price was well above what I was going to spend, but I really liked the shade and coloration so I took a chance. I'm glad I did--it is stunning. Installation was assigned to me so I can speak to that. Everything was boxed real nice and there was no breakage. Instructions are in English translated from Chinese by someone who didn't speak English, so they're very entertaining! Thankfully you don't need instructions. They're very easy to assemble. Everything is metal and the glasswork is really nice. Each lamp takes two bulbs and each bulb is controlled by a separate pullcord. My only complaint is the styrofoam the lamps were packed in just disintegrates while you're trying to get the components out. I've never seen styrofoam do this. DO NOT UNPACK THESE LAMPS INDOORS. I unpacked them outdoors then brought the components in. Still took me forever to clean my garage! ... show more

I actually love this lamp! It is very attractive and radiates a very warm glow in my office. I would highly recommend it to others and encourage them to turn off the overhead lights and use this alone for a much more pleasant environment. The only downside is everyone will want to be in your office all the time as well. - The only reason I gave it 4 stars was that the lead that holds the glass pieces together did not completely cover the gaps in 1 spot. It wasnt significant enough for me to send it back but at this price and quality, it is worth mentioning that it wasnt made perfectly. I still love it. ... show more

i love the glass Tiffany type lamps. These are larger than I picture, but perfect for a large living room, which is where they are. I bought the dimensions I wanted and they are perfect. They are so much more beautiful when lit up than they looked in the photos on the website. Love them. Came quick. Packaged well so they wouldn't break, although with a whole lot of Styrofoam, not a fan. But, it kept them safe. Happy with my purchase. ... show more

I love them. I looked for the chipping of the lead that others complained of. I saw none. The shades move a bit but, I've never seen a Tiffany that didn't. It looks like theshaft that supports the shade is slightly bent but, has no effect on the sit of the shade. The directions don't say anything about the assembly of the shaft. It has a screw inn shaft with threads, a nut for the shade, a set nut on theshaft, and a washer. It seems straight forward. But i can see how it could go together different because of the washer and set screw. Possibly making it tighter. I didn't play with it. But over all..Fantastic. I love the Look. ... show more

    • Received poorly manufactured lamp.
The lamp was sloppily made. The top part of the base is not centered on the base and is at an angle to the base. This causes the shade to be set at an angle. Shade is also very wobbly and spins easily after assembly. Not worth the price.
